In consideration of renting baby equipment from Baby Nomad, the undersigned customer (“Customer”) hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following release of liability:

Assumption of Risk:

The customer acknowledges that the use of baby equipment involves inherent risks. These risks may include but are not limited to, injury, accidents, or damages that may arise from improper use, assembly, or maintenance of the equipment.

Acknowledgment of Proper Use:

The customer certifies that they have received proper instructions on the use and operation of the rented equipment from Baby Nomad. The customer further agrees to use the equipment strictly in accordance with its intended purpose and in accordance with all safety guidelines provided.

Liability Waiver:

The customer agrees to release, waive, and discharge Baby Nomad, its employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for any injury, accident, or damage that may occur during the rental period. This release applies to any claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to the use or misuse of the rented equipment.

Indemnification:

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Baby Nomad, its employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, costs, expenses, and damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to any claims or actions brought by third parties resulting from the Customer’s use or misuse of the rented equipment.

Voluntary Agreement:

The customer acknowledges that they enter into this release of liability voluntarily and with full knowledge of its legal consequences. Customer further acknowledges that they have read and fully understand this release and that it shall be binding upon themselves, their heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

Compliance with Laws:

The customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations during the rental period. Customers shall be solely responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal consequences resulting from their failure to comply with such laws.

Reservation of Rights:

Baby Nomad reserves the right to refuse service or rental to any Customer whom they deem unfit or unqualified to use the equipment safely.

By placing an order or using our website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this release of liability. The Customer further acknowledges that this release of liability constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and Baby Nomad concerning the use of the rented equipment.
