The following Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) apply to the rental of baby equipment from Baby Nomad by the customer. By renting any item(s) from Baby Nomad, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined below:

1. Rental Period:

The rental period begins on the date specified in the rental agreement and ends on the date the equipment is returned to Baby Nomad’s designated location. The Customer agrees to return the rented item(s) on the agreed-upon return date, if the items are returned before the established date no refunds will be made.

2. Ownership:

The rented item(s) shall always remain the exclusive property of Baby Nomad. The Customer acknowledges that the Company retains full right, title, and ownership of the equipment throughout the rental period.

3. Payment and Security Deposit:

The Customer must provide full payment at the time of reservation. In addition, Baby Nomad will require a security deposit to ensure the safe return of the rented equipment. The security deposit will be refunded to the Customer after the equipment is inspected and found to be in satisfactory condition, subject to any deductions for damages, missing items, or cleaning fees.

4. Care and Use of Equipment:

The Customer agrees to use the rented equipment responsibly and in accordance with its intended purpose. The Customer shall not misuse, abuse, or modify the equipment in any way. The Customer’s responsible for returning the equipment in the same condition it was received, with normal wear and tear excepted.

5. Delivery and Pickup Policy:

The Customer shall be responsible for any applicable delivery and pickup fees based on the designated zones. Delivery fees are as follows.

• Zone 1: $500 MXN – Covers Cabo San Lucas, Touristic Corredor, San José del Cabo, Puerto los Cabos, and East Cape.
• Zone 2: $1,500 MXN – Covers Todo Santos, Cerritos, Los Barriles and Buena Vista.
• Zone 3: $3,000 MXN – Covers La Paz and the airport (LAP)
• SJD Airport: $800 MXN – Covers Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) and rental cars around the area.

For same-day deliveries requested with less than 24 hours notice, an additional surcharge of $500 MXN will apply, subject to availability.

Additional Orders: You can order additional items during your stay. Please note that we charge a $350 MXN call-out fee for each additional order. If you are moving from one resort to another and need our assistance to move your baby gear, the same $350MXN fee will apply.

The customer is held responsible to notify the hotel or private home to grant access to external vendors, in this case, inform to be expecting outside delivery from Baby Nomad. This will ensure smooth delivery and avoid any miscommunication or delays in receiving your rental items.

6. Minimum Rental Period:

Baby Nomad has a 4-day minimum rental period. Customers must comply with this requirement when placing an order. However, orders not meeting the minimum rental period will still be accepted with a penalty of $350 MXN per day not met. The penalty will be added to the total rental fee.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 10 days prior to the rental start date will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 5 to 9 days prior to the rental start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 4 days or less of the rental start date are non-refundable.
• Reservations placed within 24 hours of start time are non-refundable.

8. Liability and Indemnification:

Baby Nomad shall not be liable for any injury, accident, or damage that may arise from the use of the rented equipment. The Customer assumes all risks associated with the equipment’s use and agrees to indemnify and hold Baby Nomad harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses related to the Customer’s use or misuse of the equipment.

9. Inspection and Return of Equipment:

The Customer acknowledges that they have inspected the equipment before taking possession of it. Upon return, Baby Nomad will inspect the equipment for any damages or missing items. The Customer shall be liable for any repair or replacement costs due to damage or loss.

10. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Baja California Sur, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.

11. Entire Agreement:

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Customer and Baby Nomad concerning the rental of the equipment and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.

By placing an order and using this website the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Terms and Conditions of Baby Nomad’s rental services.
